Hello All,
Great to find this forum, will be interesting to see how people use Wii Fit in their daily lives.
I thought people here might like this project/blog I have undertaken. I'm planning to use Wii Fit every day and a NIntendo DS learning French game everyday for 6 months and see what the results are!!!!

I hope people think it is worth the effort! The yoga in particular is helping my dodgy back. It's hard work finding time everyday to do it, but I'm doing my best.
